General facilitation opportunities

'Conversations: an inspirational game' is an interactive board game designed to develop and enhance all relationships through genuine dialogue. 'Conversations' is really a workshop in a box.

The Role of a General facilitator

General facilitators wish to share the mission of the game with the rest of the world. This is available for people who wish to create income by playing the game with private groups, study groups and a multitude of other organisations. This does not include facilitating games for schools, government and corporate groups as there is extra training due to the complexity of these organisations.

" I believe that one of the most wonderful gifts we can give each other is that of real recognition ." Rev Linda Wilson-Hunt (Ashland )

Benefits of a General Facilitator

The simplicity of the facilitation and presentation of "Conversations' makes it accessible to groups of all sizes. The licensed facilitator can create game events and charge for their time facilitating the game. The licensed facilitator will receive the following benefits:

. One day professional training
. A license to facilitate and create income
. Training manual and CD with supporting information
. Having Conversations as a foundation or support for your products and / or services
. Able to place the logo of your company on the Conversations Website
. Link with Alliance organisations
. Advertise game events on website
. An educational set of cards used for families and teenagers
. Purchase of games at a discount

Just as important, general facilitators support the process of getting the game out there. The greatest gift with this game is that it gives people the opportunity to experience for themselves what is both written in the wonderful spiritual books and movies. The goal of 'Conversations' is to help with the world changes that are occurring and to create a win-win situation for all those involved with the game.

This includes empowering all those who play and supporting those involved with right livelihood. It is about changing individual poverty consciousness into abundance for all. It is the intended that this game be an example of supporting and valuing all those involved on a spiritual and financial level.

Other financial benefits include

. Work for yourself creating increased satisfaction and larger returns
. Receive income from running game events
. Obtain referrals from a web site that has already sold games to over 12 countries
. On-sell licenses and games to clients and promote other services you offer
. Network with other local, interstate and international facilitators
. Rewarded through a one off payment for introducing new facilitators

Why Facilitate Converations?

It is recommended that 'Conversations' be facilitated where there is a larger group or if people have not yet played the game. This is because of the need to re-learn how to have a conversation. This includes active communication and listening skills without the need to interrupt. The role of the general facilitator is to create a safe environment to allow people to communicate to each other from the heart and to allow all participants to share their wisdom.

A key aspect to the General Facilitator is to allow people to share their insights from an "I" perspective rather than global generalisations or telling others what to do. The strength of 'Conversations' is that we all learn by sharing our own individual stories rather than trying to "fix" another person. In this way, the wisdom gained from the game is greater than the sum of the individual parts.

"The game helps draw forth our wisdom and clarity and promotes friendship and loving support within the group playing. The energy is constantly changing and by the end of the game there is a sense of awe, of love, of safety and support. I leave each game feeling deeply connected to those I played with. I love it and believe wherever two or more are gathered there is an opportunity to play Conversations the Game and get talking about LIFE and discover who we truly are. As a member of Humanity's Team and workshop facilitator I will use the game as a tool to create connection. Thank you Barry for this gift to Humanity".
