An overnight success?

Conversations: an inspirational game came to being in a dream in early November 2000. At that time I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with a few areas in my life. Before I went to sleep, I asked for guidance as to where I should put my efforts. As in most cases, my dream put me on a completely new path outlining not only the game but the instructions and set out. I was then able to put the game together within days by following the dream and guidance given.

Four year later, and the game is finally available. It has been through the support of many people as well as my perseverance that this game has eventuated. People who have played the game have been amazed at the power and inspiration the game gives. It has been through their constant asking of "When can I purchase a game?" that I have had the energy and tenacity to continue.

The game has been a real family affair.

My wife, Jane, has supported the game since day one and always had the 'knowing' that it would get out there. Her talents helping with the wording has been wonderful. She has also developed an educational set of cards that can be used in schools and homes.

Philip, our eldest son, designed the painting used for the box after carefully and sometimes painstakingly finding out exactly what I wanted. The result is another brilliant piece of artwork from an artist who will be world-recognized in the future.

Stephen, our middle child, created the box and took over the design work at only fifteen years of age. As a result, he has since established a wonderful graphic design business called creativexplosion.com.au and is running an international business whilst still at school, and now University.

Carla, our youngest, has also supported the process, by allowing me to travel to wherever the game has taken me thus far, whether across Australia or overseas. Her willingness to express herself has inspired me to be both genuine and authentic.

There are also many people to thank for helping me to birth this game. Special acknowledgements go to some special people who have contributed ideas and support including Neale Donald-Walsch, Ranja Forma, Rev Linda Wilson-Hunt, Russell Bowey, Anthony Morris, June hope, Robyn Page and Leanne Synan.

Rev Linda Wilson-Hunt reminded me once that " I believe that one of the most wonderful gifts we can give each other is that of real recognition. Really seeing the Christ consciousness within, and calling it forth through recognition of it."

I believe the game has been blessed.
