Recognizing the Game at first sight

After leaving the corporate position in 2001 that took me
into 6 countries around the world in the previous years
I just finished reading-hearing CWG Book 1, and my much
adored singing healer started to offer a series of classes
on Chakra Power... and so it began.
In 2003 we successfully moved to Michigan and a week later
I was a special graduate student, enrolled for the spring
and summer terms, and eligible to apply for full time studies
towards a graduate degree, so everything was back to business
again.
I completed the MBA studies in 2004 and before I could found
my way back to the corporate world, I earned a volunteer
position in an international non-profit organizations worldwide
team. I organized activities for the worldwide admin team
of Humanitys Team.
So while I was in the middle of my second management consulting
career, Bard College together with Humanitys Team organized
the Seeds of Transformation: Toward a Spiritual Renaissance
conference which was preceded by our Global Council meeting
in upstate New York.
The HT program was rich and demanding, and I missed the
afternoon session where Geraldine from Australia first played
the Conversations Game with a group of people, I just arrived
to the final discussion, and felt the fine energy of the
room: as soon as I looked at the Game, I recognized it,
this is it. It has arrived.
Barrys Conversations Game was talking to me in instantly
recognizable terms:
Just play and it will all come together.
And it did.
This was in June 2005.
Since then I found myself outside of HT and the corporation
within the same month, and next month I knew that the name
of the new company is Inspiring Conversations LLC, now registered
in Michigan and generating revenue every month while having
an impact on how people perceive themselves as part of the
Whole World and Being One with it All.
So this is the first anniversary of my encounter with the
Conversations Game and Barry has arrived and spent a week
with me, and I am eternally grateful for the energy that
he and his ship left behind in our lives.
A word from Calgary

After playing a few games I noticed the perfection of the
messages that the cards provide to all the participants.
You can just break the ice or get to the root of your feelings
and beliefs, it all depends on what you put into the game.
The more you open up the more you understand the effect
that the Conversations game has on you. I see this "game"
helping to unblock and open people to a whole new way of
looking at life. Each time I play I have a better understanding
of why things in my life are the way that they are. It helps
to open my perception of how I relate to others and I get
new perspective of the same situation when you hear others
point of view.
This "game" offers a very safe environment for
people to expose their true feelings and that is the first
step to healing. When you realize that what you refuse to
look in your life is the stuff that holds you back the most.
Conversations helps to expose the stuff that we try not
to look at in our lives and we get to hear other points
of view and realize that we are all one, we are all connected
to each other.
I see Conversations expanding around the globe helping people
to communicate with each other, there is a certain perfection
to this process. Each time I play conversations it reinforces
my conviction to spread the word. When I see someone have
one of those "a ha moments", when they see something
in themselves that they haven't seen before, they become
more aware and the domino effect starts. Pieces of their
life start to take a new meaning and the perfection of life
starts to appear for them.
I not only see Conversations as a learning tool but also
as a Healing tool as well.
Thank you Barry for stepping up and following your heart.
They say that big risks offer big rewards and helping to
awaken humanity to our true nature is indeed the biggest
reward, everybody wins and this earth becomes a better place
to live, move and have our being.

February,2006. Step Into Your Power
At no other time in my life have I seen so many people
restless and recognising the need to step into something
else. Myself, my family, my friends and all the other people
I come in contact with are either changing careers, looking
for new ways to express themselves or asking those fundamental
questions of life. I see all of this as a symptom of our
current desire to step into our power.
Last year in New Zealand , I dreamt of an event I would
be running called 'Step Into Your Power' but had no understanding
of what it actually involved. Then earlier this year just
after we had shifted home for the first time in twelve years,
it came to me as. The intent of the day is for you to
discover your passion and then live it. It is that
simple. The day is designed to help both unblock or enhance
your own passion and also to use the game as a subtle way
to clear any obstacles along your path.
Heather was one of the people who came to the first 'Step
Into Your Power' in New Zealand having been brought along
by a friend because she felt she was meant to be there.
She writes:
"From the moment Step Into your Power started I knew that
this course was going to be different from anything I had
attended. Barry established a warm and relaxing atmosphere
and from his opening statement the scene for an extraordinary
day was set. The game Conversations is like no other game.
Everyone is a winner. It frees your mind to speak truth,
it creates clarity for the future and in an almost magical
way empowers you to action your intent. I cannot emphasise
enough how inspirational Step into your Power is. The only
way to really understand is to play and experience for yourself
the freedom and energy Conversations generates"
"My life purpose statement that I came out with through
the day is:
It is my basic purpose to strengthen and develop my soul
for greater service
so that I can be a light and a living example to others,
to be of one with
the purpose of God and become the goddess I truly am within.
I will achieve
this through being abundant, courageous and inspirational
and by pursuing
the areas of marketing, leadership and outrageous dancing!
"I feel so at One with my Life's Purpose statement. It
really feels part of me. To me that was the most empowering
part of the day."
To step into your own power means recognising to begin
with that you are in the exact place you need to be right
now. All of our life's experiences help us to become the
person we choose to be tomorrow. Then it's simply a decision
to choose differently in your life and to create whatever
your true passion is. What is interesting is that when we
do this, we find that meaningful coincidences then occur
to support us on our new path.
Once we are clear about what our passion is, the final
step is to let go of how it is going to happen and when.
From my own personal experience the more I try to push my
life uphill, the more I find obstacles in the way. It is
only when I step back that I realise that there is a path
around the mountain that is far easier to climb than trying
to push over the top. I also find that the scenery is also
nicer along the way.
Stepping into your power can take courage and an inner
strength, which I believe we all have. Clarity for my own
life has included raising my own consciousness by being
a living example and therefore raising the consciousness
of others. If you have the courage to step into your power,
then life is there to not only support you, but to let you
live your dream. You can transform your everyday life into
one of exceptional value.

Team
Global Council Meeting
From the end of May to 6th June I had the
pleasure of attending the HTGC and Seeds of Transformation
Conference at Bard College New York .
As Steward for Australia I had the
opportunity to have a breakout session with other world
leaders and council members to demonstrate the Game. Over
the week I was there we managed 10 such demonstrations with
different people and they all
just loved it! It was a huge success and a decision was
made to put into action a way to have the game brought into
the states and distributed to HT teams around the country.
I played with leaders from Peru , Ecuador
, France , Italy , Germany , Norway , Sweden , Japan , Turkey
, Dubai , US , Canada , Philipines , UK and Ireland !
Many people were scrambling to offer translations
to their native language and saw the game as an amazing
tool to help build teams in their countries.
During the Global Council Meeting it was
often difficult to quieten the group for long periods of
time but during the demonstration session I was blown away
by the sincerity and willingness for everyone to practice
ACTIVE LISTENING and the concentration was powerful.
The general consensus is: BRING IT ON! WHEN
CAN WE HAVE THIS IN OUR COUNTRIES! WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP!

Conversations: an inspirational game has arrived
After years of trusting that the game would be
created, the game has finally been birthed. Since its initial
hand written design, the final result is spectacular and
reflects much of the essence of the game.
Thank you to the people who have purchased
the game and already told me of your wonderful experiences
either with your familiy or friends. It is wonderful to
hear so many positive stories of change occuring
