‘Conversations: an inspirational game’ is a co-operative and interactive board game designed to develop and enhance all our relationships through genuine dialogue. Playing this game facilitates a major breakthrough in communication. It can be played within departments, within levels of responsibility, or as a tool to bring together all staff regardless of position.

The Objectives of Conversations

Today, more than ever, we need to develop genuine and authentic dialogue between all team members within the workplace. The world is changing at a pace never experienced before by humanity, and it is quickening. Businesses, government bodies and corporations know that if they don’t grow and support this rapid change they will struggle to optimize the full potential that the change promised. Those who have embraced the changes and have led the way are discovering a new paradigm that creates a win-win situation for all concerned.

The purpose of Conversations is to transform corporations into organisations where success is achieved by generating genuine communication and understanding between people. One of the key objectives of Conversations is to create positive change in the team, in terms of communication and working together. This is achieved through active listening and by recognizing the contribution of each person in the organisation without prompting or interrupting.

Another key objective of 'Conversations' is to create a positive change in the culture and ethos of the workplace. This is achieved by recognising the contributions of each person and therefore to treat each other as real people and not just as obstructions, and to behave towards each other with respect instead of judgement.  Already this is occurring in the firms who have involved their employees in the 'workshop in a box'.

Benefits to your workplace

As well as improving the overall ethos of the workplace, there are many financial benefits to your business. They include:

•  Decreasing absenteeism because of stress caused by staff frictions

•  Allowing team members to reach for their highest potential
