The purpose of Conversations is to transform corporations into organisations where success is achieved by generating genuine communication, engagement and understanding between people.
 

One of the key objectives of Conversations is to create positive change in the team, in terms of communication and working together. This is achieved through active listening and by recognizing the contribution of each person in the organisation without prompting or interrupting.
 

Another key objective of 'Conversations' is to create a positive change in the culture and ethos of the workplace. This is achieved by recognising the contributions of each person and therefore to treat each other as real people and not just as obstructions, and to behave towards each other with respect rather than judgement.
