Conversations is an effective communication tool can be played within departments or as a tool to bring together all staff regardless of position and levels of responsibility.

For significantly large groups or after multiple sessions, the 'Conversations Café' is recommended where participants are invited to bring together their wisdom to create a solution to any aspect of your organisation.

This session will bring together all who have participated in the games, and is in itself, a very powerful communication process.

Some suggestions for when 'Conversations' can be effectively played, are:

• On team building development days

• At the end of a working day (4pm to 7pm) followed by a meal

• At the start of a training day

• At the conclusion of a professional development program
