Mary Ann Swan is a passionate, empowering and dedicated teacher with over 24 years of service in public education at both the elementary and secondary levels.                                                                                         

Her passion has always been to bring about self-awareness and consciousness of thought by offering people strategies and processes which empower them to find their answers from within.

Mary Ann has now turned her passion and commitment toward assisting children, parents, life coaches, community leaders, business leaders, and more,  through her company SwanSense Alternatives which was created for marketing these educational products and processes.

Today people are ready for the next step and to move ahead.

In times that can be very chaotic and uncertain, Mary Ann brings about a change in perception that when understood and applied brings a sense of strength, clarity, and calm that can be achieved in mere seconds.

Mary Ann’s unique ability to teach through listening and guiding will move you forward in many ways that before seemed elusive or impossible.  She uses several modalities to achieve this whether it is through individual or group sessions or through the use of educational products and processes she has and provides to clients and customers.
